Whilst the actual medical care you receive is in the hands of the local doctors treating you, we can obtain the medical information we need from them to establish what is wrong, as well as their treatment and discharge plans. We can support you in the event you are admitted to a facility that may not be suitable for your clinical needs or where there are concerns over practice.
We will then advise on, and can put in place, suitable repatriation plans to get you home as soon as it is medically safe to do so. We will liaise with the treating doctor to get a fit to fly certificate when needed, and with aero-medical experts who will advise on both the timing and method of repatriation that is best suited to your individual needs of your recovery.

Motorcycle Voyager Travel Insurance can provide cover for any size of motorcycle, providing you hold the appropriate licence.
Single trips can be covered for up to a maximum of 365 days in duration and annual multi-trips can be up to a maximum of 31 days for any one trip but can cover multiple trips throughout the 12 months of cover on your policy.
Cover for track days can be added to you Motorcycle Voyager Travel Insurance policy by selecting the track day option or adding activity pack 4 to your policy when getting a quote and paying the appropriate additional premium.
Yes, providing it is within the terms of the policy, you are covered for the cost of a replacement vehicle or second-class rail cover as well as accommodation costs if your motorbike breaks down and you are unable to use it for over 8 hours. There is further cover available for a replacement vehicle or second-class rail travel and accommodation if your motorbike is unable to repaired before your return home.
There is also cover available for the cost of hiring a vehicle or second-class rail travel to collect your motorbike if it was not able to be repaired before your return home.
Please note however, that there is no cover for the cost of repairing your motorbike following a breakdown. This is a travel insurance policy for motorcycle touring holidays and not a breakdown cover type insurance policy.
